Dr.-Ing. Sven Stumm

Dr.-Ing. Sven Stumm

Dr.-Ing. Sven Stumm is a computer scientist with extensive experience in electrical and mechanical engineering and the CTO of Robots in Architecture. With significant experience in software design and development, Sven’s work ranges from optimization and intelligent system design over simulation software, to data standardization and exchange between heterogeneous software tools. His PHD thesis focused on Interconnecting Design Knowledge and Construction by Utilizing Adaptability and Configurability in Robotics.

Ethan Kerber

Ethan Kerber

Ethan Kerber is a computational designer and public sculptor working at the intersection of Architecture, Engineering and Construction. Ethan is the CEO of Robots in Architecture Research, managing editor of the Journal on Construction Robotics and a researcher at The Chair of Individualized Production where he is developing a doctoral dissertation on Dynamic Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing.

Ajith Krishnan

Ajith Krishnan

Ajith Krishnan is a robotics engineer with a focus on industrial automation. During the course of his 3-year role as Researcher at the Chair of Individualized Production, RWTH Aachen, he gained experience in a spectrum of areas, encompassing computer vision, robotic path planning and software development. He is currently developing standalone 3D printing solutions at Robots in Architecture Research.

Rushi Dai

Rushi Dai

Rushi Dai is a game developer and PhD candidate with the topic of Gamification As Education Support For Digital Construction at the Chair of Individualized Production, RWTH Aachen University. After 4 years of academic teaching, scientific research and industry project management at the same university, she is now developing industrial methods of automation and digitization at Robots in Architecture Research.
